These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to operational text messages sent by Doorbed to individuals who have agreed to participate in Doorbed's SMS notification program.

Program Name

Doorbed Contractor Assignment Notifications

Program Description

Doorbed uses SMS to communicate operational information to contractors who perform short-term rental turnover and related services.

Messages may include:

  • New turnover assignments
  • Property codes
  • Scheduled dates and times
  • Assignment changes
  • Assignment cancellation notices
  • Requests to accept or decline assignments
  • Operational scheduling updates

This SMS program is not used for promotional or marketing messages.

Consent

By enrolling in the Doorbed Contractor Assignment Notification program, you consent to receive recurring operational text messages from Doorbed at the mobile number you provide.

Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of performing services for Doorbed.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on turnover assignments and operational activity.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Doorbed is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Accepting or Declining Assignments

Where instructed in a message, contractors may reply:

YES — to accept the identified turnover assignment.

NO — to decline the identified turnover assignment.

Doorbed may send a confirmation message after processing the response.

Opt Out

You may withdraw from the SMS program at any time by replying:

STOP

You may also use other commonly recognized opt-out instructions where supported.

After an opt-out request is processed, Doorbed will stop sending messages through this SMS program unless you later provide renewed consent.

To stop receiving Doorbed SMS messages, reply STOP. Doorbed will process the opt-out and stop sending further SMS messages through this program unless new consent is later provided.

Doorbed does not guarantee uninterrupted or immediate delivery of every message.
