Cozy & Spacious 2BR at Stampede w/ Parking, AC

I would highly recommend staying here once the sofa is replaced and the mold smell is resolved. Positive: The apartment was clean, has all the promised facilities, a lot of space. It is in walking distance close to Stampede BMO Congress centre. It would rate it excellent in comfort and cleaness , however ... Negative: I stayed here for a work trip and found the moldy smell - coming primarily from the sofa. I had to move all the sofa cushions onto the balcony just to make the living room usable. The apartment sits in an inner corner of the building, making it difficult to air out through the small openings. The owner should consider replacing the sofa completely (the bedrooms, thankfully, were fine). Also, the open part of the balcony was covered in bird feces, preventing me from using it, and there was no washing machine.

It was easy to get to, close to the BMO center, H-Mart and the mall. Positive: Everything was great! Negative: Nothing I didn't like.

Positive: Modern, minimilistic and tasteful design, spacious and cozy. Negative: A bit dusty which triggered my daughter's allergies.
