Fantastic

Negative: Building, no service.
Getting charge for leaving bags of garbage as I don't know where it goes. Wasn't informed I had to take garbage out. Hotel is 100% better for service. Worth paying the extra.

Great value for money
Positive: A very cosy, tastefully decorated apartment with pretty much everything you need for a longer stay. Close to coffee shops and restaurants. Only a couple of blocks from 17th Ave and 15-20 minutes to the business district. The building is secure and in a safe residential neighbourhood. The enclosed patio is a nice addition. Great value for money.
