We had a great stay and would stay there again
Positive: Great location to the Saddledome for the 2 games we went to. Easy parking. Lots of restaurants within walkable distances.

Negative: Building, no service.
Getting charge for leaving bags of garbage as I don't know where it goes. Wasn't informed I had to take garbage out. Hotel is 100% better for service. Worth paying the extra.
